Facilitated a strategic planning off site session which resulted in clarification of the role and business arena for the Board, the desired results of the organization, and an action plan to support achievement of specific goals.

Educated this a newly formed Board on the basis of policy governance.  Assisted it in developing a new governance philosophy, model, and system that will ensure a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors.
